Wow 15 lbs!

Well I so excited I lost a total of 15lbs and 12 inches this month! I hope I can keep it up!  Im in the process of moving so I might be gone this whole week but I wish everyone lots of luck!

Well, I lost 4lbs in the first week, I’m happy but I know I did a couple of poor choices.  I’m hoping to do a lot better in the 2nd week since I started excercising.
